  Two Slovak films at the 65th Berlinale
After the last year's success at Berlin IFF, when the Velvet Terrorists documentary won the Tagesspiegel Readers' Award, Slovak films are returning to the festival programme. The 65. Berlinale (February 5 - 15, 2015) will introduce the feature debut by Ivan Ostrochovský Koza and the short animation by Martin Smatana Rosso Papavero.
  Slovak films in Trieste 2015
The festival year 2015 for Slovak films starts at Trieste Film Festival (January 17 – 22, 2015). In the programe of its 26th edition, the festival presents the Italian premieres of two successful Slovak films on the last year Velvet Terrorists and In Silence.
  Czech Lion 2014: nominations to Slovak films and artists
Nominations for the Czech national film award Czech Lion 2014 were announced. Two Slovak co-productions and several Slovak artists are on the nominations list.
