10 Slovak works-in-progress to be presented in Bratislava and online
10 Slovak film projects will be presented at Works in Progress session during Bratislava Industry Days at IFF Febiofest Bratislava.
International jury will also hand the Best Febio Pitch Award worth €3000. Jury members are: Paolo Bertolin (Venice IFF), Xavier Henry-Rashid (Film Republic), and Barbara Orlicz-Szczypuła (Krakow FF). Partner awards include Cineuropa Work in Progress Award, which offers coverage of the awarded project throughout the various stages of development and distribution by Cineuropa, and Pop Up Film Residency Visegrad Award, which allows one project to benefit from 3-week residency in Warsaw and tailor-made mentoring program organized by Pop Up Film Residency.
Works in Progress presentation will take place on Friday, March 17 at 10:00 CST at Bratislava's Slovak National Gallery and will be live streamed for pre-registered audience – you can register here.
Of 10 selected projects in various stages of development/production, six are fiction films (including two shorts), three are documentaries, and one is animated short.

Works in Progress is a public presentation of upcoming Slovak films for representatives of international film festivals, industry platforms, and sales agents. Slovak film professionals, members of press, film students and others interested in contemporary Slovak cinema are very welcome to join the presentation.
