| The film is an adaptation of a graphic novel and combines animation and live-action. Alois Nebel works as a dispatcher at a small railway station. He’s a loner, who prefers old timetables to people, and he finds peace in the loneliness of the station. He eventually ends up in a sanatorium, where he meets a mute stranger. No one knows who he is or where he came from. The only clue may be the old photograph that the stranger carries with him. | ||
