Strong presence of Slovak films at CinEast 2017

The jubilee 10th edition of CinEast in Luxembourg (Oct 5 - 22, 2017) traditionally features a strong selection of Slovak films.

Filthy (d. Tereza Nvotová) vies in the oficial competition and cinéscope section introduces four festival successful titles The Line (d. Peter Bebjak), Little Harbour (d. Iveta Grófová), A Prominent Patient (d. Julius Ševčík) and Spoor (d. Agnieszka Holland).

Moreover, slovak short cinema will be represented by FTF VSMU´s titles screened within the section cinéshortsShort fiction film marathon (north) screens Atlantis, 2003 (d. Michal Blaško) world-premiered at Cannes and Magic Moments (d. Martina Buchelová) world-premiered at Toronto IFF, short animated films marathon shows Chilli (d. Martina Mikušová) and short documentary film marathon features About Sister (d. Barbora Sliepková).
