Berlinale Talents

Berlinale Talents 2014, a six-day creative summit for up-and-coming filmmakers, takes place Feb 8 − 13, 2014 at HAU Hebbel am Ufer in Berlin. Slovakia will be represented by director and producer Andrej Kolenčík.

ANDREJ KOLENČÍK(1984) DIRECTOR PRODUCER		Andrej Kolenčík, nicknamed Admiral, studied graphic design at School of Applied Arts and graduated in animation from Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava. He studied also at RITS in Brussels during his Erasmus studies and had an internship at the Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Bratislava. At the moment, he is working as a freelance film director of fiction, documentary and also animation films, music videos and commercials. As a visual artist he deals with illustrations and graphic novels. He was also the program director of Fest Anča, the international animation film festival, for 6 years.
