His feature debut Soul at Peace (2009), internationally premiered at 44th Karlovy Vary IFF, in the Competition of Feature Films. The film became a box office success in 2009 when it placed as the 5th most visited film in Slovak cinemas, topping blockbusters such as Avatar or the Twilight Saga: New Moon.
