40-year old loner Oliver works as an air traffic controller. He seems cold and his personal life is empty. He fills it by watching TV and by spying on a family living in the house across the street which he considers the model of happiness. First he only observes, later he wants to learn more. He learns that things often aren’t what they appear from a distance.

Peter KRIŠTÚFEK

Director and writer. Made more than twenty author television documentary films and a full-length television film Long Short Night. His full-length documentary about the Slovak music legend Dežo Ursiny Snapshots (2008) was screened at the 44th Karlovy Vary IFF in the 2009: Musical Odyssey section. The psychological drama Visible World is his feature debut.

He is the author of seven books. His first novel Whisperer (2008) was the Slovak nomination for the European Book Award. His second novel Gemini and Antipodes was in the final selection of the Anasoft Litera 2011 Award.
