Fest Anča Industry Programme

Fest Anča offers three main events within the special Industry Programme for Animators, each contributing to the current issues and development of animation from a different perspective: The Pitching Forum presents new faces and projects. The Forum: We Need to Talk About Animation! focuses on animation schools, and the Directors’ Meeting deals with international cooperation in Central and Eastern Europe.

Pitching Forum
The forum objective is to introduce Slovak animators and their new animated projects to the Slovak institutions that could potentially co-finance the projects. And vice versa, the Radio and Television Slovakia, the Audiovisual Fund and the Creative Europe Desk will also present themselves. Apart from the presentations, the forum is also a platform for discussion and to find ways to support Slovak animated film. The event is organized in cooperation with the Slovak Film Institute and the Association of Animated Film Producers (APAF).

will include a round-table discussion so guests can exchange opinions about contemporary problems in education, and on ways to prepare students for their animation careers. The official output of the forum
