Broken Promise awarded in Los Angeles

The feature Slovak film Broken Promise / Nedodržaný sľub was granted with the main prize of the Los Angeles Jewish Film Festival in USA in the fiction film category.

Film had its international premiere on April 25, 2009. The main prize of the festival is awarded based on the viewers votes. Broken Promise had the best viewers rating of all 30 screened films – 4,8 of 5. It was more successful than the film Jump starring Patrick Swayze. Broken Promise came to Slovak theatres on April 30 and since then was seen by more than 8000 viewers.
