Keď sa úspešný divadelník Michal dozvie, že trpí nevyliečiteľnou chorobou, rezignuje na všetko a odchádza na opustenú chatu, aby tam napísal knihu spomienok. Spoločnosť mu robia len jeho životná láska a ošetrovateľka. Snažia sa mu spríjemniť posledné okamihy, no je pre nich náročné byť vedľa niekoho, kto sa tak ľahko vzdáva života. Vypätú atmosféru naruší príchod charizmatického cudzinca, ktorý sa až príliš zaujíma o Michala. Na pozadí osudov ľudí, ktorých cesty sa náhodne pretnú na lesnej chate, sa rozvíja komorný príbeh o potrebe lásky, nenávratných životných zvratoch a čakaní na zjavenie.

After the successful theater artist Michal learns he suff ers from an incurable disease, he gives up and leaves to live in a solitary cabin to work on his book of memories. The only people keeping him company are the love of his life and his nurse. They try to make his fi nal moments worthwhile, however, they also struggle with being around somebody who has given up on life so easily. The tense atmosphere is interrupted by the arrival of a charismatic stranger, who is attracted to Michal almost too intensely. While the fates of the people intertwine, we witness an intimate story about the need for love, points of no return in life and waiting for a revelation to happen.
