Slovak films presented in Göteborg
After a very successful start at festivals in Palm Springs, USA and Trieste, Italy, Slovak films continue their presentation at the Göteborg International Film Festival (27. 1. - 6. 2. 2012) in Sweden.The Debuter section will bring two Slovak titles: The House by Zuzana Liová, the recent winner of the New Voices / New Visions Award and the Trieste Award and Gypsy by Martin Šulík, the winner of the Jury Prize from Les Arcs. Festival section dedicated to animation, Animani, features the short animation musical Stones by Katarína Kerekesová, the winner of the Estonian Animated Dreams festival in 2011, and the co-production title Alois Nebel, which recently received the Best Original Score Award at the Czech Film Critics' Awards.
