Slovak films at Šeršėliafam International Women Film Festival in Lithuania

The 7th edition of the Šeršėliafam International Women Film Festival in Vilnius, Lithuania is starting today and for the next 11 days will be celebrating womanhood. Slovakia will be represented by three titles.

In the Competition Programme Slovakia will be represented by the debut of director Mariana Čengel Solčanská Legend of Flying Cyprian (2010), on which the originally Lithuanian cinemagrapher Ramunas Greičius co-operated. The Special Programme will offer a "woman" film par excellence, the documentary Moon Inside You (2009) by Diana Fabiánová. The Short Movies Night will bring the short animation musical Stones (2010) by Katarína Kerekesová.

The screenings in Vilnius will take place at the Pasaka and Skalvija theatres, afterwards the festival will move to other Lithuanian cities: Kaunas, Klaipėda, Panevėžys, Ukmergė, Druskininkai, Palanga and Nida.
