The Sun in a Net 2023 – Nominations
27.02.2023 Slovak Film and Television Academy (SFTA) will once again honour the most remarkable films and creative accomplishment of Slovak cinema. Slovak National Film Awards The Sun in a Net 2023 will be announced Saturday, April 15, 2023 during the Gala ceremony, broadcasted live on TV channel Jednotka (RTVS). For the first time, Slovak audiovisual works will be awarded in the new Best TV Film/Miniseries/Series category. |

107 Mothers and Love, Dad nominated for the European Film Awards 2022
23.11.2022 The European Film Academy (EFA) has nominated two Slovak films in the prestigious selection of the best of European cinema released between June 2021 and the end of May 2022. Petr Kerekes' film 107 Mothers is nominated in the European Discovery - Prix FIPRESCI category, while Diana Cam Van Nguyen's short Love, Dad got nomination in the European Short Film category. |
