Slovak Classics at the Midnight Sun Forever Online Film Festival
05.06.2020 The film festival in Sodankylä will be the first Finnish festival to move its edition online due to the pandemic. The online edition of the event, dubbed Midnight Sun Forever (June 10 – 14, 2020) will present more than 50 films including four Slovak gems from the 1960s. This will be the very first screening of Slovak classic films at an international online film event. |

04.05.2020 The 20th goEast (Festival of Central and Eastern European Film) will take place despite the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. On the promised dates (May 5 – 11, 2020) it is however moving to the online space. As the art of film belongs to the cinema, the festival team decided to postpone several program sections until the end of this year with promised participation of expected guests. |
